USDA-NRCS

Performed Title Search and Preliminary Title Commitment, Pre-Acquisition Title Updates and Closing Services for 42 properties located in Milford, CT.

USDA-NRCS

We currently perform on several contracts with the USDA-NRCS in the State of Florida for obtaining title search and perform closing services for acquisition of property easements throughout the state of Florida in support of the NRCS Agricultural Conservation Easement Programs, to include providing Title Insurance.
